This is our summer home. The townhouse is located by the sea, with a small private front garden and back garden. The row of townhouses also have a common, privately owned 9 acre area along the shore with a private beach and playground. In addition to a magnificent sea view the location has a specially nice view of downtown Oslo.
Bygdøy is a small, peaceful and countryside-like peninsula situated in the innermost part of the Oslo Fjord, and thus in the very center of Oslo. The area is nice, quiet and safe, with beautiful gardens and nice houses. The King´s summer residence , his farm and grazing land are situated here ,and the forest paths on the peninsula and along the beaches are very popular for walks and runs. It is beautiful with the sea all around and with a lot of forest. The King and Queen live on Bygdøy every summer. Most of the museums in Oslo or on Bygdøy. Our summer home is within walking distance of all the museums at Bygdøy, like The Folk Museum, The Viking ships museum, The Fram and the Kon Tiki museums.

The house is fully furnished and equipped. It has three floors. On the upper floor we have three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, and a veranda facing the sea. The two other bedrooms have one bed each. All bedrooms have wardrobes available, and one of them has a desk. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath tube.
On the ground floor you find a hall, the kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The living room has windows towards the sea, and a door that opens on to the front garden and a terrace. The main entrance is at the ground floor.
The bottom story has a living room (with a double bed), a laundry room with an extra shower, a toilet, and an extra entrance.
Both living rooms have a fireplace.
Parking is free on the premises, and guests are free to use our garage.
