Step through the entry door off Commercial Street and 2 flights of stairs to get you to this fabulous tastefully decorated penthouse.
To the right of the stairs, is a gracious open floor space with polished hardwood flooring throughout featuring a spacious living area with a full size sleeper sofa, a separate sitting area, and a 48” wall-mounted TV to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The living area will lead you through to a light-filled dining area where a glass-top table accommodates seating for 6.
Ready to whip up a vacation-worthy feast? A newly updated contemporary kitchen features plenty of appliances including an electric stove-oven combo, microwave, and dishwasher. With both a traditional coffeemaker and Keurig, you can brew your favorite Cup-of-Joe.
The master bedroom is situated to the right of the living area. Sprawl on a plush king-size bed with a nautical feel. The room is equipped with a 32” flat-screen TV, wooden dresser and closet for storage. Get ready for the day in an en suite bathroom with a marble single-sink vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Prior to entering the main living quarters, at the top of the stairs to the left is another door leading you into a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32” wall-mounted TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
