Nathan lied on his review and we need to clarify this. Nathan said that our description mention "2 bedrooms", but our description always said "1 Full bedroom + 1 Studio Bedroom" and we always had pictures showing that the Studio Bedroom does not have a "real" door but a curtain instead. The fact that Nathan did not read well the description, make this reservation our worst experience as hosts ever, but the most important part is this:
When Nathan arrived, he told us he was unhappy about one bedroom with a curtain instead of door, in that moment, even though we knew our listing was accurate, we offered our help just because we wanted the best for the baby, so, we offfered Nathan to stay for FREE 1 or 2 nights while he found another place that fulfill his requirements. He refused and decided to stay at our Airbnb for the rest of his stay and HE TOLD US THAT THE CURTAIN ISSUE FINALLY WASN'T THAT BAD and he would find a way to make it work.
There was a case open at Airbnb for all this confusion and so, Airbnb can confirm all what I´m saying, at some moment, the reservation was cancelled by Airbnb and then restored again by request of Nathan (why would somebody would ask to restore a booking if the place was as bad as he reviewed?). Airbnb also can confirm that our listing is accurate under Airbnb's standards, which are different from Nathan standards, who aparently make his own definitions on how listings should be, without reading how Airbnb expect listings to be described.
