Lovely clean & cosy room. Warm, comfortable bed, modern well appointed bathroom. Julia was friendly and helpful. Great communication. Would stay again!

Wonderful old Victorian house with private access to room and walking distance to Piper Street (all best restaurants and shopping). Helpful recommendations from Julia who was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

This house is incredible. Julia is a personable and generous host, the property is close to everything in Kyneton and ammenities are fantastic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy getaway.
