This house sits on a long, narrow lot with a deep backyard, mature trees and a stone fireplace. Plenty of parking in the long driveway – enough room for a couple of vehicles along with trailers for ATV’s or snow machines.
There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin) and a large, carpeted living-room floor with two comfy air mattresses available. There are roomy dressers and closets for all of your clothing and possessions. Bathroom has tub and shower and is stocked with thick, cotton towels, paper products, bar soap, liquid hand soap and shampoo. Full, eat-in kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker with regular & decaf coffee, creamers, sugar & sugar substitute provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and eating at home. Also provided are paper towels, paper plates and napkins for those “take-out” meals. Living room has lots of comfortable seating and a flat screen HD TV with streaming video through Roku which includes Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu. Wireless internet is included. (WEP Key provided upon your arrival) There is a large, sunny, enclosed back porch: a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and/or store your skis & boots.

The entire home is yours to enjoy (excluding basement). The back yard is large enough for badminton, croquette or a fun game of volleyball. The kids can build a snowman or fort in the winter and the stone fireplace is there for your use in the summer (you'll need to buy your own bundles of firewood - sold locally).

We live within a mile or two of the rental and should be available almost anytime to answer your questions, give advice or information about the area. There is also a basket on the back porch filled with pamphlets on area attractions, shopping and dining opportunities, etc.

This home has been in our family since 1967 and has been well maintained. It’s definitely NOT A PARTY-HOUSE! Please respect our neighbors by staying off their property and keeping the noise level down. We ask that you treat this home with care. The 9% NH Lodging Tax (License #061937) is included in the rental price. We do not charge a separate cleaning fee but do ask that you help by washing any dishes that you use (you can leave them to air-dry if you like OR use the dishwasher) and place all used towels in the “hamper” in the bathroom. Please be sure to remove all of your things from the fridge, closets and dressers and, to leave behind, anything that does not belong to you.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors and on the front porch where you will find a receptacle for disposal of cigarette butts. Please do not litter the property with butts.
- Vehicles, trailers, ATV's, etc. must be kept ONLY in the driveway. PLEASE do not drive your ATV on the grass/lawn.
- Removal of your wet or muddy shoes upon entering the house will be greatly appreciated.
- Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the evening hours. Also, do not trespass onto their property.
