Our home is a unique 1950’s cottage style detached house, in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to the historic and vibrant town centre of Royal Leamington Spa.
A great base to explore further afield; Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Warwick University, Stratford Upon Avon and many more interesting destinations.
Our home comprises of:
Two spacious living areas, kitchen, cloakroom with toilet.
The front room has 50” tv, sofa bed and storage units with numerous games for children appropriate for ages 4 to 8 years.
The lounge is an adult room with wood burning stove, two large leather sofas’s and leather armchair. French doors look out onto the back garden.
The kitchen has solid wood cabinets, underfloor heating, table, bench and chairs, all the usual facilities plus a tv / computer screen. The double doors in the kitchen open out onto lawned back garden with playhouse, trampoline, bbq and seating area.
Two triple bedrooms each with a double size bed and a single loft bed above.
Family bathroom with toilet and sink, large bath and separate walk in shower,

Entire house and garden except for where our own personal possessions will be stored: the Office and the Dressing Room.
Other areas inaccessible will be loft storage space, garage beyond the laundry appliances, garden shed and outbuilding.

We won't be there to greet you but we will be contactable.

The house is our home and will be entirely yours as we will be on holiday the same as you!
The kitchen table provides a good working space and the screen can switch between TV or PC.
We have two pet rabbits that reside in the garden. A neighbour will gain access to the garden via a secure side gate so as not to disturb you in the house. You can of course choose to feed the rabbits yourselves, do say.
- May not be safe or suitable for children 0-4 years as there are no stair gates or fireguards etc.
- Please be respectful to neighbours and don't park in front or opposite driveways.

Garage except for use of dryer and washing machine.
