This warm & sunny house is situated in the heart of the famous Italian Market, at the crossroads of Passyunk Square's restaurant row & the hip neighborhood of Bella Vista. You'll have 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area, an eat-in kitchen, and a large back patio. The neighborhood is known for its fantastic restaurants, bars, cafés and outdoor markets. Public transportation options are within a few blocks, and it is a 15-20 minute walk to Independence Hall and downtown.
This is a classic brick row home which I renovated to restore the original plaster and red pine floors. It is very private and quiet. My home is on a small residential street that gets little traffic and is very safe. The house has high ceilings, wood floors, original details, large windows that let in lots of light, radiator heat, and AC. It has a large backyard/patio that has a table for eating, a hamac, seating areas, and plants (you're welcome to smoke there, though smoking cigarettes in the house is not allowed).
Disponible para huéspedes
In addition to 3 private bedrooms, you'll have access to a spacious living room, a large eat-in kitchen with all of the amenities, a backyard/patio (a lovely place to have breakfast, or a drink in the evening), a full bathroom with skylight, and a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer that you can use in the basement.

My co-host, Tommy, manages my listing for me and will be on hand to give suggestions about the city.
Otros aspectos destacables
I have a low-maintenance short-haired indoor/outdoor cat, named "Pti Chat" (French for "Lil' Cat"), who often sleeps in the basement. You don't need to mind her, and you'll probably barely notice her presence. LGBTQI friendly.
Please clean up after yourself, and leave the house looking like it was when you arrived. Be mindful of loud noise during the night hours.
Durante el período del 27 de Octubre de 2017 - 31 de Diciembre de 2019 la estancia mínima es de 2 noches.

I am 37 and work hard and laugh harder. For 15 years I have been working/living in Philadelphia and loving it! I grew up in Philly's suburbs and moved here as soon as I could. For the first 15 years of my professional career I worked tirelessly for several LGBT non-profits doing direct service work. I also spent the last 7 years working with teenagers in an after school program which I loved doing.
I care a lot about people which is why even though I generally have multiple jobs I also volunteer a lot! My dad worked 3 jobs to support our family which taught me the value of hard work. In all of my spare time I hang out with my growing circle of friends.
I have been hosting for 5 years now and continue to love hearing guests stories of what brings them to town and look forward to sharing my home and welcoming you to Philadelphia.
