There are two super single bed and one sofa bed available in the room.
Best fits 3 adults or a small family (2 adults and 2 kids), couples (you + the love of your life) or anyone looking for cozy place among the skies.
Kettle and a mini fridge available too.
Basic essential are available such as shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper are provided.

A pair of access cards will be made available. As other guests from Swiss-Garden Hotel are also occupying the floor, you may want to be on your best behavior and keep your secret identify, a secret.

That why i give guest convenience and easy to self check in and check out. Guest no need to waste time and waiting host, pass back the key or access card. Guest also no need to rush for collect room key or room access card.

-As part of the hotel's eco-friendly policy the air conditioning unit will cut off when the sliding door is opened. The unit will turn back on again once the door is close.

-you must log in the wi-fi of Swiss Graden Hotel/ The Shore Hotel page first, then go to the page type the username and password. if can not connect ,please looking the reception of the shore to get the help.

-Guests are obliged to keep the host informed as soon as possible on any damage or loss of items.

-Charges on damage or loss of access card will be RM50 per card.

*Any loss or damages in the unit during your stay will be borned by guests and will be subjected to a fair and reasonable value as determined by the host.

In all honesty, the location and the cleanliness was not too bad. However, given the value paid for the stay, you can find better accommodations. There were a few issues I would like to highlight, firstly throughout the entire stay there was an issue with the wifi, so I had entirely no access to wifi during my stay there. Secondly, the waits from the lifts there are horrible. (but this is not within the control of the host, and they did pre-empt me about this upon my arrival) Thirdly, upon arrival I was only handed one hotel access card? (reasoning being to save electricity???) If my father hadn't confronted the host, this whole trip would've been so inconvenient because to travel up and down the lift you needed an excess card, and if you had different activities throughout the day, can you imagine having to compromise because of this? I have relayed my feedback to the host, and in return they have promised to rectify the following issues. So given this, I would trust that my reviews are not to be taken lightly but to improve the services offered to future guests. Thank you.

Well the amount that u paid u cant get to other place coz if u rent from hotel not from Air BnB ur price is higher than 120rm. however i got mention if u cant get wifi and u can looking for help at reception. but u wont looking help from reception u looking from host. actually i am not the hotel technician. before u check in i had mention lift matter, wifi , aircon matter, but u never read my message that i had send to u at air bnb. on the other way lift i cant build extra coz i am not the shore hotel owner. but if next time u stay on other host unit be honest mention 3 guest but more than 3 guest stay. i mention one card will be given to guest before. some more if u need request one more card must be mention early. especially one more guy when take the card from host feel like long shark and feel that host own him few million dollar... many guest i had rent at Air Bnb u are the first guest request me a chamber maid for clean up the room everyday. (only Rm226 request maid, hotel services. Air bnb is the homestay concept not hotel. well host are not provide hotel service 7/24 on duty) thank you !!

Great location for one stop idea apartment with shopping mall. Feel great with the cooling aircon. Great children water park but too pack in school holiday. Nice scenery but long waiting for the lift. Take uber to Jonker walk take time 10 mins as lazy to walk for carrying children.

hi... tq ur suggestion . well that day too many people check in. for the lift problem i cant say anything coz 6 tower just use three lift and it will be slow.. and need to waiting.i'm so sorry and i will improve it.tqvm

thank you ur suggestion. actually if the cup not clean u can request from hotel to change the new cup. because i had contract with the hotel to provided cup, towel and etc..which is 24 hours. i will mention to the hotel that not clean the cup and carpet as well. hope to give u a good n satisfy services on the next coming time. for the water pressure matter i had check from Syarikat Air Melaka berhad. (government water department) coz that day the government they repairing the piping. and some more that day too many guest check in....coz peak season. for the wifi. The access card envelop already write... tqvm . i will improve it.
