Beautiful room in neat apartment in calm street near centre of A'dam. The space is decorated in a rustic manner; warm yet modern. Moroccan tiles bathroom, rough wooden floors, kitchen with concrete counter.. There is a spacious garden with a porch to enjoy and hang out on. The two bedrooms have double beds and private sink. You'll be renting the larger room with amazing Coconut mattress. Only 12 min ride from Schiphol and 10 min bike-ride to the center. The homiest place in the Dam, hands down!
The abode dates from the 1930's which gives it that old Amsterdam feel with old wooden floors and windows that slide up. That said, the apartment has been fully renovated when I bought it 4 months ago. The kitchen, bathroom, garden and bedroom sinks are completely new, but fit the old character of the house.
You enter the house through your private entrance. From the hallway, you walk through to the middle of the house. There, the hallway expands and has entrances to the living room, shower, toilet, two bedrooms and the kitchen. Both bedrooms have large doors/windows that open nicely to the garden. Otherwise, you enter the garden by walking through the kitchen. The apartment has 5 built-in closets, which gives it a neat and warm feel. When entering one of those doors, you'll find the laundry closet. It's wonderful to have a space especially for linnen. And it smells amazing too!

I am more than willing to help you find your way in Amsterdam. All open and possible, nothing obliged.
Hi there! I'm a young Dutch lady, living in Amsterdam. I work internationally, so I travel loads, which allows me to rent out my house. Besides that, I'm a painter and a photographer, so I spent my day off in my studio. I'm a lover of books and language, believe every day demands for at least one dance and that food and wine brings us al together, after a day in our own space or after a long day of work.
