- Check-in is after 3PM
1. The property sleeps six people only. Six people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.
2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours.
3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.
4. No pets/animals please in the property or in the building.
5. Smoking is not allowed in this property or in the building whatsoever.
6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from the main guest at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid form of identification. The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.
Check in could be organized in advance or keys to be stored in a key safe. The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in.

Spacious 4th floor apartment with two double bedrooms one ensuite and a bathroom. Kitchen, dinner living space with balcony terrace and room for an extra double bed. All was comfortable clean and as described with all amenities you could want including nice touches like towels shampoo and tea bags Easy access to the DLR which soon connects you to central London, Canada Sq, Greenwich and Stratford. Although I have never lived in London I like to think I know my way round but this location gave me a new perspective All in all excellent apartment and Angelo & Rocky couldn't be more helpful as hosts

The apartment is great. It is very well equipped and spacious. It has easy communication with the Excel conference space and at the same time, it has good access to the city center.

Angelo and Roxy's communication was fantastic. Flat was fine, as expected. Good location with Blackwall DLR just at the end of the road.

This beautiful flat is spacious and comfortable. It is located at a few minutes walking distance from the DLR station (zone 2) and within walking distance of the Canary wharf area. It has almost all amenities and there is a small grocery store right across the street as well. The host is very responsive and answered questions right away. Would highly recommend.
