Find historic, quirky, and vintage charm in this 1920s era apartment home.
The neighborhood and the boulevard which the house sits on is beautiful in all seasons with handsome greystones overlooking open spaces and wide streets.
I have lived on the Boulevard in Logan Square for 2.5 years so far and love historic gems like this. The sunny and cozy bedroom holds a very comfy queen size mattress, quirky art and records, and plenty of storage (feel free to use the dresser). This space is a gem on historic Logan Boulevard.

The bedroom is off the kitchen in the rear of the apartment home. Off the kitchen is a gorgeous dining room with 1920s arts and crafts paneling. Midway down a hallway you will find the bathroom, and further down the hallway you will find the living room with comfy couches, books, and our records and stereo.

I am a laidback easy going guy. By day I am a recruiter at a downtown marketing agency and by evening I am seeking out new flavors, sounds, images, landmarks, and scents.
I am happy to suggest local dives and happening spots. Chicago is one of my favorite cities after growing up in a nearby suburb, moving into the city for undergrad and building my young adult life here. The city has one of my favorite music scenes and I love taking in live music and dancing to great DJs. I'm more than happy to show you some of my haunts and have you tag along.
