Sunny garden annexe, perfect for self catering, attached to owners bungalow in a quiet lane off Wanborough High Street with no through traffic. We are situated in the Conservation Area next to village recreation grounds. The private, self-contained, living space has a bright airy feel with sliding patio doors opening on to a decked area with picnic table and gardens that are not overlooked by other houses. It's just a short drive from here to Swindon and J15 of the M4 or Great Western Hospital.

Visitors have their own independent open-plan living area with a well-equipped, clean, modern kitchen (with fridge, microwave, oven, convection hob) plus lounge with leather sofa bed, lounge chairs, dining space and wall mounted TV . This leads on to a separate double bedroom with two built in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. The shower room with w.c and vanity basin can be accessed independently from either the living area or the double bedroom.

Guests are also welcome, at no extra charge, to use the utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The sofa bed in the living area folds out to a small double that would provide most comfort when sleeping one adult. Bedding and towels are included.

The entrance lobby plus the utility room which contains the wash machine and tumble drier are shared with the main bungalow as is the driveway where there is parking space reserved for one visitor car. There is no additional charge for use of the laundry facilities.
