Apologies for your experience, April. First I'd like to add some details here as well. I stayed awake until almost midnight the first two days of your three day trip awaiting your arrival. You didn't actually cancel until very late your 2nd day of your trip. Technically, you are not entitled to a refund given this set of circumstances. Thusly, as I explained, Airbnb does not allow me to send a refund or grant your refund request. I also provided you my contact info so that I could refund you the money outside of the Airbnb app, but you never contacted me via that medium. I'm still willing to refund you for the final day for which you cancelled if you email me.
