Ours is a hip apartment in the center of Miraflores.
We are 3 blocks away from the Malecón, 15min walk down to Punta Roquitas (for morning and late surf sessions or just walking on the beach), 10 min walk to major supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, clubs...the works.
All of this in a quiet space that allows for privacy and also great company. We have a little cat and you are welcome to love her throughout your stay, please don't harm the cat.
The apartment is comfortable, there is a very nice light to it (especially during summer sunsets). The apartment is on the 6th floor (there is an elevator, don't worry) which makes it very 'airy'... this means it never gets too hot in summer!
There is a TV and though we don't have cable you can connect your PC to it and enjoy internet content (PG 13 please...). The bathroom (shower) is shared however there is a half bathroom the guest is welcome to use. You can also do your laundry and cook your meals. Cleaning is included 1 time a week, so you won't have to clean the room for yourself. If you wan't to smoke in the apartment it's ok but please do it on the balcony and don't trash the plants.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have full access to the common areas of the house: Living room/dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry room.
Also, the building has a little gym you can use (running in the Malecón is a better option though). There is a bike in the garage you are welcome to use to go around the neighbourhood.

Otros aspectos destacables
It's a perfect spot to discover Lima, really. If you are planning a food tour all major restaurants are nearby, if you want to get to know the colonial neighbourhoods; pueblo libre and barranco are close and the Metropolitano takes you to the city center in 20 min (public transport rocks in traffic!).
The area is quiet and very safe.
