It features a well-appointed, centrally located kitchen that opens onto spacious living and dining areas making it the perfect spot for multiple families or a group vacation. Two sets of french doors flank the fireplace at the back of the home and open to an inviting outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying a cocktail and the crisp evening air. When you need to relax, you can sequester yourself to one of the four extra large bedrooms that comfortably sleep eleven. Each bedroom features a private, ensuite bathroom and is equipped with a flat panel television.
The main floor of the home provides an absolutely fabulous space for everyone to gather. Whether preparing a meal, enjoying a light snack or catching the game on television; everyone is still together. The family room is equipped with a large, flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, digital cable television set top box, and high fidelity, surround sound stereo system. The home features state of the art wireless high speed Internet service. The first floor laundry/mud room located on the side of the home features a full-size washer and dryer.
This idyllic vacation getaway is nestled on Sailfish Street within the Seacrest Beach community. Seafoam is close to all the activity without the hustle and bustle of being on the main thoroughfare. You are mere minutes away from the signature Lagoon pool which, at 12,000 square feet, is the largest pool on 30A! As you are located near the front of the sub-division, the beautiful beaches of South Walton are a quick walk away. If you don’t feel like walking and carrying your beach gear, simply call one of the Seacrest Beach Community trams (operating March through October) to pick you up at your front door and ferry your party over to the beach.
The home is within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops, candy stores, and cafés of Rosemary Beach, Peddler’s Pavilion and Alys Beach. Those who have the good fortune of visiting 30A always enjoy their stay, and so should you! Check availability and book your next stay in paradise today!

Guests are able to access all areas of the main home with the exception of the owner's closet in the upstairs hall. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. NOTE: The detached guest house is for long term renters only.

We are glad you have reserved our vacation property to create your vacation memories. We have taken pride in preparing our vacation home to give you a pleasant and relaxing visit. Since you will be in our home we ask you treat it as your own. Please remember you are renting a privately owned vacation home which is somewhat different than staying in a hotel or motel. When you arrive, please expect to have one new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash liner in each trash can, one roll of paper towels, hand soaps and a limited amount of dish soap. We do not provide enough of these mentioned supplies for your entire visit, but enough for you to arrive comfortably. All of the beds will be made fresh, (4) bath, (2) hand towels and (4) washcloths are provided in each bathroom. We do not provide beach towels.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. 2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles can be parked in the driveway and the parking spots directly in front of the home. Please do not park in or block the driveways of neighboring properties. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 7. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home. 8. This home welcomes house & crate trained dogs 2+ years and older in the off season with prior approval. An additional pet fee will apply. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. 9. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Departure Procedures: We would appreciate you helping us with a few items on the way out: • Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage and take to exterior trash bins. • Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle. • Keep beds turned down that have been slept in. Place any used towels in laundry room. • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 75 degrees in warmer seasons. • Return amenity cards/wristbands to the kitchen. Close & lock all windows and doors. • Check out on time, no later than 10am CST firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CST please text Sandra at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
