Are you coming to D.C. for inauguration? Can't beat the location. It's easy to get downtown, and you could definitely bike - or in a pinch you could walk but its kinda far. It's a small apartment (in the basement, so not a whole lot of light) - but it's got great heat, is very private, and you'll have your own kitchen and bathroom. There's a private entrance in the back of the house. Plus, there's a tempurpedic bed, so you'll be extra comfortable. More pictures coming soon!
One full sized bed that's really comfortable will come with fresh sheets and towels. If you're coming for inauguration - comfort and ease is important! The kitchen has all the essentials, so you can save money by not eating out and prep for long days at the Capitol. Transportation would be easiest that weekend by bicycle. There's a DC bikeshare right next to the apartment, or you can borrow mine - I just need to get a lock for it. Parking is on the street, so we could go to the police station and get a visitor's parking permit for you. The place is metro and bus accessible. The kitchen is pretty small, but functional. And the water pressure is great in the shower! More photos are coming soon - I just don't have any yet as I'm new to the place. It would be comfortable for two people only.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have access to a studio apartment in a house basement - complete with bed, full kitchen, full bath, and laundry.
Atención a los huéspedes
I will be in town at a friend's house during inauguration and will be available anytime I'm needed, but please relax and enjoy the privacy away from the crowds!

Hi! I'm a young professional in D.C. who works at a national security focused NGO. My husband is a maintenance technician. We're putting our apartment for rent over inauguration while we stay with friends.
