Location is super close to cafes, grocery stores (you can buy everything you need across the street, including food and beer etc.) and Les Corts subway station is a stone throws away.
Angel has a gentleman's demeanor; you can tell he's a really nice guy, he speaks fluent English as well and responds fast with any questions, really helpful.
The door is a bit tricky if you're used to turning right at home, which is the wrong way. You're supposed to unlock the door by turning it to the left.
You need to make sure you confirm the room with him ahead of time to make sure you know which one you're getting, there are 2 rooms in the ad and they are next to each other. There is also another roommate named Fernando, really nice guy, who only comes out to eat and use the washroom.
You also should bring your own toilet paper as well.
The internet works perfectly, which was my main concern, and the balcony was pretty cool. You can bring your laptop out there and work if you want.
At the same time, the room faces the road next to traffic so you'll probalby hear trucks and even the city pick up the garbage.
It's a small apartment with small kitchen, small washroom etc. It's pretty dark as well in the hallway at night, and you have to walk up three flights of stairs.
They may have a hallway light now, double check ahead of time, I had to use my flashlight on my cellphone.
Overall I had a good experience and I'd visit again.
Thank you Angel!
