Welcome to the Inns! Located at 71 and 69 Spring Street, one of the only 'airbnb legal' streets in Charleston. You can find us in the historic Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of downtown. Just two blocks off famous King Street and just a short walk from many great bars, restaurants and shops. The two houses each have a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit with a total of 13 beds. All four units combined can accommodate 20+ people and share an outdoor patio area along with the porches. (THIS LISTING IS FOR THE 2 BDRM UNIT OF 69 SPRING) The Inns are newly renovated and professionally decorated for your comfort and our Guest Services Manager is available to help with whatever you may need. PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES. ANY DAMAGE/LOSS TO PROPERTY CONTENTS, EXCESSIVE CLEANING COSTS INCURRED, OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN RETENTION OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. HOST MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN AN HOUR OF ARRIVAL IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE/NOTABLE CONDITIONS.
CHECK-IN is at 4PM. If you need to drop bags off early, you may do so no earlier than 2PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
CHECK-OUT is at 11AM. Cleaning crew arrives at 11:05. If you need to leave your bags, you must pick them up no later than 1PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
NO DRUG USE.
BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS AND KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. QUIET TIME AFTER 10PM.

Thank you for your interest in my Airbnb/, “The Inns, Charleston”, just two blocks from Upper King Street. It has always been my dream to offer an upscale Charleston vacation home that is walkable to all the amazing restaurants, bars, and night life. In 2016, this dream became a reality when I began acquiring and renovating these two historic duplexes, “69 & 71 Spring Street” (69A, 69B, 71A, and 71B). In an effort to further differentiate this venue from others available, I have also built a website ( and Instagram/ (@theinnschs) to help guests plan their vacation ahead of time by hearing from our local team at “The Inns, Charleston” and the images/stories posted by past guests.
