Our place is a bit novel compared to other self catered apartments in the area of Ntinda let alone Kampala.
We call our place the 'Embassy' in regard to it being as such for our principality, the first micronation in the whole of East Africa. We have spacious 4 poster beds that are all fitted with easy access mosquito nets.

In the center of Ntinda & 15 minz from Kampala; Two bedroomed furnished apartment, kitchen two bathrooms and a sittingroom with balcony within a walled compound.

Welcome to the Embassy of the Principality of Mugisa Ajaka (a chivalric order)
We are just off the main road to central Kampala & the road towards the east, to such places as the source of the river Nile in Jinja.
Four supermarkets & as many banks (money exchange) just a stones throw away. There is also a bar or two down the lane.

El lugar

Both bedrooms are spacious with one being larger as it is the en-suite.
Average town house type of apartment with kitchenette.
Spacious main bathroom.

Disponible para huéspedes

Both the two bedrooms, sittingroom, kitchen and both bathrooms
[unless you have opted for our b&b guesthouse format which provides access only to a particular available bedroom (including bathroom) selected of one's choice].
We have satellite TV available, a fridge, gas burner for cooking and metered (Yaka card) electricity that can be included within the bill depending on arrangement.

Atención a los huéspedes

Our coordinator Tony will be at hand or just round the corner upon a quick bell.
Our Housekeeper Hellen is also available during the morning and afternoon.
We can be supadupa chatty or as quiet as a church mouse depending on what one prefers, seeing as we are friendly and easy.

We also have a resident black & white kitty whom can be spotted around the compound from time to time. He's name is 'Captain ChinChin' our ambassador.
He is just as friendly as the rest of us as ambassador CC is partial to being turned on his back before he's stroked on his furry tummy like its going out of fashion.
One would earn extra brownie points for that & bringing him kitty treats from wherever one comes from would make you friends for life. Who knows, you might even earn yourself honorary citizenship of our principality (microstate).
Other notable persons of our embassy are the Prime Minister Tony, our Master Housekeeper Hellen, our resident Esquire Olanya & on occasion when he happens to be in town, the Crown Prince himself.

Otros aspectos destacables

Our place is a bit novel & avant garde compared to other self catering apartments in the area of Ntinda let alone Kampala.
Our apartment is part of the 'Embassy' of the Principality of Mugisa TawaRa.
The order/principality's mission is to promote sustainable living generally. The order also promotes wellness and mindfulness through various forms of meditation & reasonings.
We can also set you up with a good yoga class by the way and a visit to a buddhist centre for scenic meditation.
We are developing an eco village where we practice sustainable farming in the east of Uganda where one would find our main project and demonstration centre.

We are actually NGO centric so we focus on providing a good affordable place for international development workers like groups at a time as we can cater for large teams.
We can just as easily provide for individuals as we offer a guesthouse format that would include bed & breakfast. This format runs on individual occupancy of a particular double bedroom (en-suite) or single with access to main bathroom.
Or if you're neither of those and just require an two bedroom apartment all to yourself then we can swing that too.

{Guests to the Embassy Ntinda, Kamapala are welcome to arrange to vulantour (work in the community while touring) with our very own development organization called FVM.
We have a rural partner school that our friends can visit & support & are also keen on promoting 'girl-child education' in our focus area of Budaka in the east. So if you're interested and by any chance have any decent illustrated reading/stationary material and playing gear such as footballs that you can bring along to donate then please do as it would be greatly appreciated}.

We can offer community safaris and national park ones such as Kabarega Falls if you arrange in good time, just let us know.
