Welcome to our Eagles Nest home in Silverthorne, Colorado! Live like a local and choose your best powder location - we go where it snows! With easy access to 5 ski areas within 20 minutes of our home, just check the snow report and decide where you'll ski today! Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin and Loveland ski areas area all less than 1/2 hour from our home. Vail and Beaver Creek just a few minutes longer (30 to Vail, 45 to Beaver Creek) and even Steamboat is close at about 90 minutes. Definitely the best location in Summit County for the adventurous skier!
At the end of the day, return to your home away from home and cozy up in front of our beautiful wood fireplace (yes, firewood is provide) or hit the private hot tub for a bit of relaxing. Our home is the traditional log style, surrounded by trees, yet easy access in the golfing community of Eagles Nest in Silverthorne.
Our home is quite large and can accommodate up to 16 friends and family. We have 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, pool and shuffle board tables, fully equipped kitchen and three different hang out areas, providing plenty of room to enjoy and also separation and privacy for our guests.

The bedroom arrangements in our home provide plenty of separation and privacy as well. The master is located in the upper level of the home and features a King size bed, private bath and balcony access. Also located upstairs across the main level of the home is the Kid's room, with 4 twins and a loveseat.
The main level of the home features our family suite, with a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a private bath. The lower level of the home has two additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the lower level as well.

GOVERMENT ID REQUIRED: A copy of the Guest's government ID is required for all bookings. Guests acknowledge permission to access government ID via AirBnB and will send copy of government ID to host upon request.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in garage in driveway or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.
PLEASE NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOME. We kindly ask that enter through the garage and remove your shoes while inside our home. Absolutely no SKI BOOTS allowed inside the home. HUGE THANK YOU for helping us to keep our home nice for you and all of our guests.
MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 30 years old. Guests less than 30 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement without penalty to owner or host.
PROPERTY DAMAGES. Renters will be responsible for any property damages and excessive cleaning incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. CLEANING SERVICES. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. Home does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to sixteen (16) persons.
MAXIMUM ADULTS: Our home will easily accommodate families with up to 10-15 guests, but for everyone's enjoyment, we ask that the adults in the group be limited to 10 (authorization and additional charges apply for groups with more than 8 adults).
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
LIABILITY RELEASE: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.
GARAGE UNAVAILABLE: Garage is currently used by owners and unavailable for guest usage.
