We have a high efficiency on demand hot water heater installed in our home. For hot water turn lever to full hot, wait for water to run hot, if hot water is not running hot after 1 minute turn off wait 5 seconds then turn on full hot again if hot water is still not running check the reset button on unit in back room on wall. When hot water is running then you can adjust lever ever so slightly to adjust temperature, if the water runs cold while adjusting you moved the lever to far and must start over. We hope you enjoy our cozy cottage in the woods! Close to Lake Huron, bike trails, and nature. Conveniently located between Mackinac city and the town of Cheboygan on US highway 23.
