WhiteSands Self Catering Guesthouse is situated on the Golden Mile Boulevard in St Helena Bay. The villa is located next to a permanent green belt, approximately 50m from the beach with direct access to the 4,5km white, sandy Golden Mile Beach. With its white corrugated iron roof, open plan living area & whitewashed retracted ceilings, a laid-back, relaxed beach holiday feeling is felt throughout the villa with special care taken in selecting the white washed furniture & soft furnishings.
Nestled in-between olive trees and lavender, this lovely villa offers easy access to the pristine, 4,5km, white sandy GoldenMile beach. The villa boasts spacious accommodations with open plan entertainment areas i.e lounge (with flat screen LDC TV and DSTV (with selected channels), dining room and kitchen with retracted white washed ceilings, a 2m indoor braai/barbecue which doubles up as fireplace adding to a cozy atmosphere in chilly winter days. The floor is tiled throughout, complete with underfloor heating in the entertainment areas and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, complemented with a large prep island with granite top, a 90cm gas hob with a central wok burner and electric oven, stainless steel extractor fan, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and separate scullery.
Large, glass sliding doors open up from the entertainment area to a partly covered tiled "latte" patio, offering partial sea-views. The patio boasts a built-in 2m outdoor braai/barbecue and wooden sundeck perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying lazy summer days.
The villa boasts 4 bedrooms offering:
- The master bedroom with queen sized bed, white linen and built-in cupboards, complete with en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower, basin+vanity and toilet complete with white towels.
- The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen sized bed, white linen, built-in cupboards, with en-suite shower room, with shower, basin+vanity and toilet, complete with white towels.
- The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds, white linen, built-in cupboards, with en-suite shower room, boasting shower, basin+vanity and toilet also with white towels.
The 4th bedroom offers two single beds, white linen, built-in cupboards, with en-suite shower room, with shower, basin+vanity and toilet, white towels included.

The entire house is available. Pricing from January 7th up to December 14th is per person sharing, with a minimum of 2 people per night, seasonal rates apply.
As from December 15th the entire home (sleeps 8) will be priced at a unit rate up to January 15th of the next year, ie. then per person sharing pricing does not apply.
