We appreciate very much when our guests share their experience because they help us to provide a better service, but we do not appreciate experiences that are not accurate and are not true as it is yours.
We believe it is not honest to lie about an experience.
To begin with, both the drier and washing machine worked when you arrived. We understand that they can stop working and we immediately sent someone to go an check it because we do care about our guests.
When you reported that something in the apartment was missing we were there to help you out. We did everything in our power but unfortunately we are not the police, so we could not act like them. We offered if you wanted to contact the police to file a report. Of course we were worried about what happened even if what you told us was confusing so it seemed it was not real.
We receive a lot of guests in our apartments and we never had something like this happen. We work with the same housekeeping and maintenance department and never had anything missing in any of the apartments.
It is a very unfair and unpleasant that the only thing you were worried about was accusing our ethics and moral.
Besides that, without even notice you disappeared from the apartment so the police was not able to go further with the investigation. And what you say again is not accurate because we tried contacting you and you never replied back.
