2) ENERGY: As part of our approach to conserve energy, we turn off LIGHTS and AIR-CONDITIONING when you are out of the apartment. We highly appreciate it. PLEASE conserve as energy costs in Jamaica are high. Help us stay competitive with our rates.
3) PLEASE COMMUNICATE: We would like to make your stay as memorable as possible so please feel free to ask questions and let us know how we can assist you or solve your problems.
4) PLEASE NO SMOKING/NO PETS AND NO SHOES in the house please. No weed/weed smoking on property. Smoking fine is $500 and Litter fee $100 for garbage left outside of designated garbage bins. Smoking allowed on outdoor balcony with the doors and windows closed.
5) MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS : There is a $50 charge for EACH missing or damaged item of linen, towel, silverware and cutlery.
We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know if anything was broken or damaged during your stay so that we me may consider waiving this fee.
6) QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. No guests allowed that are not 'registered guests - e.g.- no parties or events allowed. We also ask that you take loud conversation inside during these hours.
7) ENTERTAINING :
Small dinners are welcomed and encouraged. However, absolutely NO parties or large gatherings are permitted. Doing so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
8) ACCESS TO PREMISES:
The owner reserves the right to enter the residence at reasonable times with notice to inspect and make necessary repairs or supply services.
9) DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS, GUESTS OR THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY:
The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves or to others whom they invite to the premises, which arises from their use of the premises.
10) CHECKING OUT:
Check out is before 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please place all used all used towels on the floor in front of the laundry closet.

- Only 4 visitors allowed at a time

b) All Children under the age of 10, must be accompanied by a responsible person of 16 years or above.
13) SECOND BEDROOM(Blue Room):
If room, linens and/or towels are used a fee of $32 per day for the duration of your stay will be charged if room was not booked.
14) GARBAGE DISPOSAL: located opposite the pool behind the last apartment block on the left. The walkway leads to the garbage room.
