Also there is construction occurring on a large development across the road from the apartment building. This means that during the working week there may be a small amount of construction noise during the day. However they do not work at night so it will not affect sleeping.

A great location close to Southern Cross station. Very clean with all necessary amenities. Opaque glass sliding panel door to bedrooms were a bit annoying as if lights were on in living area it was difficult to sleep.

The apartment is well-appointed. Beds super-comfy and good quality linen and towels. Close to Southbank, Southern Cross station and the free tram is just around the corner if you dont want to walk the few blocks to the main shopping area. Supermarket close by too and a bottle store just downstairs. All perfect ingredients for a great stay!

We stayed in this listing as a group of 6, everything was clean, space was comfortable, amneties unexpectedly covered alot and well presented! There are many lovely things provided in the kitchen and laundry storage for convenience. We were very happy with this place, thank you Blake!

The apartments close proximity of southern cross station made everything close by, especially the amazing stores and restaurants. Blake not only made the stay easy and stress free but responded to any and all enquiries promptly and professionally.

Perfectly located next to Southern Cross Station and not only just a short walk to the CBD but just next door to the free Tram stop. Very professional apartment and stylish.
