Welcome to the ultimate in luxury “The Delphine Mansion Apartment”, one of the oldest and most iconic buildings in St. Kilda. The building is located in famous Fitzroy street, the wonderful beach side suburb with many cafe's, bars and restaurants.
My apartment is massive in size - 110 sqm and has 12ft ornate ceilings, polished floor boards and an amazing kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Space like this is rare and unique and hard to find and is available for a 1 month plus stay.

Perfect home away from home for an executive doing business in town for at least 1 to several months. You would be very happy at The Delphine Mansion Apartment.
The spacious newly renovated massive 1 bedroom Delphine Mansion Apartment (110 sqm) is located on the top floor of a magnificent 1890's Victorian Gold Rush Era mansion. The moment you step through the front gate into the grand formal courtyard you have entered another time. A time when everything was built over-sized and built to last. You'll notice the beautiful "iron lace" balconies, and the intricate tessellated tile veranda. The apartment has 12 ft high ceilings with ornate ceiling roses, and Baltic pine floorboards. The apartment is fully air conditioned for summer comfort and winter warmth.
When you first enter the apartment you will be struck by the airy spaciousness of the living room and kitchen with its restored fireplace and Victorian timber mantle. The superbly fitted out kitchen has Smeg European appliances and granite bench-tops with plenty of bench space to make you really feel like cooking. There is a fully fitted laundry here too with front load washer and a dryer.
The fabulous formal living room with its open fireplace looks out through a magnificent window onto the main balcony. Step through the windows onto the private balcony and take in the views of the trams and passing parade of exciting Fitzroy Street. Throw a steak on the Beefeater BBQ and sip your wine. You’re home!
There is a high definition 50" LCD LED TV with access to 18 channels. On the other side of the room select a book from the library and lose yourself for a few hours. Collectable photographic wall prints line the walls here.
The huge main bedroom has a wall of robes and the window looks out at the balcony and Fitzroy Street. You'll sleep well in the comfy queen bed with luxurious 1000 thread count linen. Double-glazing on the window reduces most sounds from outside so your sleep won't be disturbed.
After a hard day, of work or sightseeing pamper yourself in the luxurious bathroom with a designer bathtub and shower. If you require secure undercover off street parking we can provide one of our garage spaces for an additional charge per month $200.

The perfect location from which to explore Melbourne, everything you could ever want is right here or a stroll or short tram ride away. The tram stops near the front gate and the famous St Kilda Beach and Sea Baths is at the end of the street. Before the beach is Luna Park and nearby is Acland Street with it's famous European cake and pastry shops. Hop on a tram and go into the Melbourne city centre and shop in the exclusive boutiques of Collins Street and explore the vibrant surrounding laneways. Bask in the cultural precinct of Southbank. Marvel at the architecture of Federation Square or the splendour of The National Gallery of Victoria on St Kilda Road. Don't miss taking in an Australian Rules Football game or cricket match at the famed MCG. Walk to the Melbourne Grand Prix Race at Albert Park Lake from the apartment.
If arriving in to Melbourne by plane, the Frankston & Peninsular Airport Shuttle from the airport can drop you right outside our front door, and Melbourne's romantic trams in Fitzroy Street take you to and from the city centre.

We own all 4 fully furnished' apartments in the “Delphine” building in St Kilda. Our minimum stay is 7 nights for the studio apartment “Paris on Fitz” and a 1 bedroom “Fitz Mansion”, however, we prefer longer term bookings. This apartment (The Delphine Mansion apartment) and the Fitz View Mansion are also available at certain times of the year when we travel ourselves.

We have a no party/events policy and there is no smoking on the premises of either the apartment or any outdoor space at the building address. We do not allow "sub-letting" of the apartment. Please leave our apartment as you found it. Please ensure that you have photo Identification (drivers licence or passport) when checking in. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT We will meet you at the apartment, at a time to be confirmed prior to arrival. Check in time is between 2:00PM and 7:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. As we are not a hotel, we do not offer check in times later than 7 pm. Please be mindful of this when booking your flight and its arrival time. CLEANING AND LINEN Our properties are set up with a "starter kit" of cleaning products and include linen/towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that the apartment should be left in a reasonable manner (for example dishes & cookware should be washed and put away) or you may be charged for extra cleaning. SECURITY DEPOSIT Our properties that are part of “Amazing Apartments by the Bay”. are presented to the highest standard and we want them to stay this way. A $ 500 security deposit is held with Airbnb to cover any additional cleaning, excessive power use, damage or loss of equipment and accessories in the apartment. In the event of a claim for additional charges such as extra cleaning, breakages or damage to the property, we are authorised to inform Airbnb of the costs. If damages occur and/or the terms and conditions are breached, then the you may be asked to leave. ELECTRICITY The rental amount includes the reasonable consumption of electricity and gas during your stay. In the interests of the environment please ensure lights and air conditioning is switched off when leaving the premises. We reserve the right to deduct excessive use of energy from the security deposit. KEYS Keys to your property can be collected at the property on arrival, time to be arranged. Should keys or remote controls or parking permits be lost a replacement fee of up to $250.00 for each item is applicable. CAR PARKING Some of our properties have car parking; please confirm on booking, charges apply $50 per week QUIET ENJOYMENT The apartment is available for your enjoyment, however, please be considerate of your neighbours in adjacent apartments. There are timber floors in this upstairs apartments so we ask you to take your shoes off when inside the apartment so that the downstairs guest is not troubled by excessive noise transfer. In the event that you make unreasonable noise or behave in an inappropriate way, your stay maybe be terminated immediately and the balance of your accommodation tariff will be forfeited. Please note there is a strict "No Party" policy for all our properties. SMOKING Our apartments are Non-Smoking as well as the overall building premises. An additional cleaning/deodorising fee of $200 will apply for smoking in an apartment. WIFI BROADBAND A wireless broadband service is available on request for use with your lap top or mobile device. Speed up to max 150 mb/sec which is very fast. Please ensure you request this service at the time of making your booking. Please Note: Download of large files, video or music may exceed up/download limits resulting in excess usage charges.
