We're offering a cozy space for single travelers looking for affordable accommodations in New York. You'll stay on a comfortable single bed with ample storage space.
The apartment is a roomy, converted 1-bedroom in the heart of Harlem, inhabited by an early-thirties couple and our cat. You’ll love the free breakfast, brick fireplace, and easy accessibility to downtown Manhattan. Our place is close to City College, Columbia Univ., Yankee Stadium, the Apollo Theater, and historic 125th St.
This spot is perfect for visiting graduate students and researchers studying at Columbia University or City College, artists, backpackers, and other single travelers looking for a convenient option at an affordable price.
Disponible para huéspedes
Guests are welcome to use all of our shared spaces, including kitchen, living room, TV, refrigerator, and pantry.
Atención a los huéspedes
Travelers will interact with the hosts (Sarah and Neema) and our Maine Coon cat, Dusty. We work typical 9-5 jobs and usually get home late in the evening. We are always happy to offer recommendations for dining and entertainment in New York City.
Otros aspectos destacables
We have a resident cat named Dusty--so keep that in mind if you have allergies or pet aversions. She is generally friendly, but a little scared of strangers, so please be gentle.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building located on a relatively busy NYC thoroughfare, so there is some street noise (especially in the warmer months). You may want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
- Guests must be willing to share the space with a cat.
I am an adventurous, outgoing 30-something who equally enjoys cracking jokes and having intense discussions. By day I am a marketing director for a graduate school of education. By night I am bad-ass Brazilian martial artist.
I am eager to host you and introduce you to Harlem! Please make yourself at home in my comfortable apartment.
