Welcome to the Inns! Located at 71 and 69 Spring Street, one of the only 'airbnb legal' streets in Charleston. You can find us in the historic Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of downtown. Just two blocks off famous King Street and just a short walk from many great bars, restaurants and shops. The two houses each have a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit with a total of 13 beds. All four units combined can accommodate 20+ people and share an outdoor patio area along with the porches. The Inns are newly renovated and professionally decorated for your comfort and our Guest Services Manager is available to help with whatever you may need. Please, enjoy your stay!

CHECK-IN is at 4PM. If you need to drop bags off early, you may do so no earlier than 2PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
CHECK-OUT is at 11AM. Cleaning crew arrives at 11:05. If you need to leave your bags, you must pick them up no later than 1PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.

Beautiful houses with many cool spaces for different groups to hang out. (Older people, kid's living room, etc.) Very convenient to lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. Great staff.

The Inns is a great Airbnb destination if you're looking for a place in Charleston. Jarrett and his team were great hosts and very helpful with our arrangements. Both houses are classic Charleston and have all the amenities you'll need for a trip long or short. Really nice and relaxing patio setup behind 69. The location is perfect for getting to both the historical places as well as a ton of great late night bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large groups and still have your privacy. 5 baths were plenty for the 17 of us. Great coffee/pastry and sandwich shop all on same street. All the beds and sheets were very comfortable. Perfect spot.

Very convenient location for upper King Street hot spots. Clean and well equipped home, with a host who communicated well! No complaints.
