My Aphrodite 37 is a comfortable 6 berth vessel made in Sweden in 1991. With solid wood panelling throughout, and a sturdy build, she makes a lovely place to stay in Amsterdam, with the added benefit of being able to move should you wish. Based in the Amsterdam area and adjacent to the start of the famous Stand Mast Route, you can choose to simply sleep aboard, or traverse the night time canal route to the city centre (or vice versa). Further adventures aboard possible.
*NB: mooring fees extra*
Please refer to the diagram of the layout. This is functioning yacht so space is a premium.
There are two berths in a private cabin in the bow - this is the space on offer to couples/pairs. Two more bunks are in the shared living area for additional guests.
Either stay aboard in a marina (guests are responsible for mooring fees incurred) or for additional cost, I can sail you somewhere and enjoy a break on the canals and inland waterways around Amsterdam - or beyond!
Bookings are constantly changing as guests/crew change their minds, so feel free to enquire.

You'll have the run of the yacht except the skippers quarters astern. This is usually where I live (The yacht is my home for part of the year).
Atención a los huéspedes
I'm a semi-liveaboard so you'll see me there doing my own thing. I'm a English teacher by profession, but am happy to teach the basics of sailing. Or English should you so require :) Please ask me about sailing opportunities around the local area

***Marina Fees***Marina Fees***
Guests will need to pay any marina fees for night not spent in the 'home marina'. Fees range from 12-20 euro per night.
Those wishing to stay in the absolute city centre should look at Sixhaven Marina. Right in the centre opposite the central station. 20e marina fees.
It's fairly tight living aboard, so you'll need to keep things tidy, if only for safety's sake. This will become apparent should you choose to go sailing :)
I live aboard half the time, and I'm keen to avoid any damage to the vessel, so I would ask that guests take care moving around - again, it's a safety issue.
- no black soles shoes on the boat
- no paper in the toilet, make use of the Marina facilities where possible.
