Our property is an exquisite Victorian house that has been refurbished to a luxury standard but retains lots of original features.
We have four spacious double bedrooms available to let.
We are close to Stoke Newington Church Street, an awesome place to go and hang out, day or night. There are loads of unique pubs and restaurants within a stone's throw from the house.
We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
This is bedroom 3 out of 4 (links to all four rooms can be found further down in this description).
This room certainly has the most character with its stripped wooden floorboards, exposed brick wall, fireplace and mantlepiece. It is a second floor bedroom and so provides the best view of the street through the new, soundproof, double glazed sash window. As it is south facing, the sun spills into the room in the morning when the blinds are drawn.
There is plenty of wardrobe space and the room has its own basin in one of the cupboards.
We have a spare foldaway bed so it is possible to accommodate an extra person in the room if necessary for a small additional charge.
There is a chair and desk where you work comfortably whilst enjoying the view from the window.
The room shares the fantastic, luxury master bathroom fitted with traditional floor tiles and under floor heating. The bathroom is fitted with a four piece suite featuring a wonderful cast iron, roll top, claw foot, bath tub, double shower/steam enclosure with seating, speakers and different lighting scenes and separate his and hers basins each set into elegant vanity units.
The master bathroom and an additional WC closet (with loo and basin) is shared with two other rooms.
