**EXTRA CLEANING Fee ($50)**
If Guest(s) soil furniture upholstery, bed mattresses, rugs, etc. w/any substances [ie. Wine, Mud, Bodily Discharge (Urine, Blood...), etc], Guest(s) agree to pay a $50 Extra Cleaning Fee OR the Replacement Fee PER ITEM, if deemed necessary.

Attn attn if anyone is thinking of being in the Columbus area and stay in an up to date, clean, well kept home this is it. Also Toya is hands down the best Airbnb host I've ever had. She's responsive and accommodates every need you'll have regarding the home. Which by the way is super clean and close to downtown. Comfortable beds. Close to OSU. Close to downtown. Hope you all enjoy. Good price for a good place.

This place is fine for a large group. There is AC only in the master bedroom so people slept on the floor there because it is really warm during summer months. Shower knobs and toilet paper hangers fell off of walls. The advertised check-in was 5pm yet when we arrived the space was still being cleaned. Overall, if you need to stay somewhere for one night with a large group it isn't bad but I would not recommend for extended stays.

However, we apologize for the inconvenience of the 45 min. Cleaning & Maintenance Check overrun you experienced. • MAINTENANCE The loose Shower handle has been tightened & fallen Toilet Paper Holder resecured. Thank you for your attention to this matter. • AMENITIES Although we do not have A/C listed as an Amenity at this property, we apologize that the 1 A/C unit & Fans provided were inadequate. Per your feedback we will consider adding an add'l A/C unit to this AIRBNB. We take all feeback seriously and appreciate your REVIEW on large groups in this space. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was pleasantly surprised with the entire stay. The property is exactly as advertised and everything was clean and accommodating to our needs. The communication from our host was excellent. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Toya was a very attentive host. Place is great and love the decor. Toya was awaiting our arrival at check in. She walked us through and gave us a tour.

Accommodations were as advertised. The location is urban which may cause a moment of pause for some, but we absolutely had no issues. For the negative, there's only one bathroom (but that's no different than a traditional hotel room). The positive, it has an eclectic design with an extremely friendly host.
