The following are NOT PERMITTED:

~ Shoes (house/indoor shoes are O.K.)
~ Eating upstairs
~ UNAUTHORIZED Guests**
~ Removal of Protective Coverings (ie: Bed Bug/Waterproof Mattress Casing/Cover, Clear Table Mat...)
Mother Earth requests that:
~ A/C &/or HEAT remain at current settings
(If you wish to open window(s) please first turn OFF Heat &/or A/C)
~ all ELECTRICITY not in use be shut off
(ie: lights, fans, A/C, etc.)
~ all RECYCLEable items be recycled
**FALSE ALARM Fee ($50)**
If Guest(s) cause a False Alarm whereby Police are dispatched to the property, Guest(s) agree to pay a $50 False Alarm fee per occurrence.
**EXTRA CLEANING Fee ($50)**
If Guest(s) soil furniture upholstery, bed mattresses, rugs, etc. w/any substances [ie. Wine, Mud, Bodily Discharge (Urine, Blood...), etc], Guest(s) agree to pay a $50 Extra Cleaning Fee OR the Replacement Fee PER ITEM, if deemed necessary.
ALTERATIONS in general
If anything changes w/your booking, IE, Requests for:
- EXTRA Day
- ADDITIONAL GUEST(s)
...INFORM YOUR HOST IMMEDIATELY so that changes may be handled via AIRBNB website.
(Guests not added to ADD'L GUEST) may subject you to CANCELATION of Booking according to current Cancelation Policy.
Overall, Guest(s) are encouraged to make themselves at home away from home. However, all items moved by Guest(s) MUST BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL CHECK-IN Position.
We ask that Guest(s) do their best to leave "TASTE The REIGNbow" as good or better for the next Guest(s).
