Located in central Dunwich, the cottage over looks a park, with views to the water. The cottage is closely located to all amenities and services including Foodworks, the Stradbroke Butcher, the Post Office, opposite the North Stradbroke Island Historical Museum, handmade gift and art store Made on Minjerribah, and the Island Fruit Barn. The bus stop which is serviced by the local bus company is within site of the cottage. The bus services all main towns including Dunwich, Amity Point and Point Lookout. The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Kitchen has all cooking utensils and facilities. Includes a comfortable lounge and one bathroom.
The Cottage is over 60 years old and has been well maintained. There are beautiful polished floors through the cottage and some minor wear and tear on the Lino floor in the kitchen and laundry, however the Cottage has plenty of character, is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and other furniture through the cottage is very much island style.
For anyone seeking a character filled cottage, filled with local Quandamooka Art and history, this would be suitable.
