Perfect for leisure or business trips to Cape Town, the apartment is just a stone’s throw from everything you might need; Artisan cafes, great restaurants, bars, shops, the beach & promenade and is no more than a 10 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

Stylish and elegantly furnished, the apartment benefits from a light and airy open plan living space that leads onto a large balcony with views over the ocean. Perfect for a spot of sunbathing or for dinner and drinks with a fab view!

Inside, the living/dining room has a smart TV with Cable channels, two large comfy sofas, dining table and fast wi-fi.

The kitchen is new and as well as all the usual self-catering appliances has a dish washer and washing machine.

Both bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers and high quality bathroom linen.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds, high quality linen and black out curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep. There is also a travel cot with linen should you need it.

You will also have a private and secure parking space and the reception is manned 24/7.

While I'd like to keep this place a secret, I am going to 'go public' with an extremely positive review: Warren and Kathryn's place is one of the best airbnb experiences I've had in Cape Town--and I've been coming monthly for over a year. The flat itself is upscale and looks like the photos on the website--thoughtfully designed, well equipped (everything from salt and pepper to washing tablets is there) for a summer or winters' stay (i.e., duvets, underfloor heating in bathrooms/heated towel racks), new (and easy to use) appliances, and a large table suitable for dining/large working surface. The flat is well located--around the corner from a great juice bar and a high street for groceries, restaurants and the seaside promenade. The secure, portered block has a lift (not common in Cape Town) and the uncapped WiFi made work (or streaming music) simple. I'd stay here again!

Lovely view from the balcony. Close to shops and promenade for morning and afternoon walks. Clean and comfortable up-market family home, with all the essentials

Warren was an exceptional host - easy & fast communication for any questions I had, extremely clean and spacious apartment full of amenities and anything I could have needed was provided for. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to MyCiti bus, great restaurants and healthy food places. Unbelievable views of the water from the balcony and bedroom, as well as an unobstructed view of Lion's Head. Couldn't have asked for anything better for my 2 week stay!

What can I say.. perfect. Let me start with location; Right around the corner from a 'high street' of sorts. Fantastic independant and local cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops. Very hip and trendy. Multiple supermarkets and spas/salons as well. 25 minutes to/from the airport with no traffic (approx. R200 in an uber) Perfect for a quick (ha.) climb up Lion's Head, 10 minutes uber down to V&A, 15 minute drive up to Table Mountain cable car, 15 minutes drive to Camps, 30 second walk to the pool! The place; So comfortable.. lovely decor and anything and everything you possibly need is provided. Even a very high tech and musical washing machine we danced along to when the washing was done. We really felt like it was home away from home. Loved the ice cold beer waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Nice touch. It felt very safe, especially with the friendly faces at the security desk downstairs. Safe place to park our rental inside the buildings parking as well - the gang of Starlings were enough to scare away any miscreants at night. The hosts; Wonderful! Very communicative and accommodating. We had such a great time, thank you very much to the whole family!

The apartment is very nice and very well located in the area of Sea Point near many restaurants and many shops. You can have breakfast on the balcony enjoying the sea view. I would highly recommend this apartment. Warren's advice on restaurants is excellent.
