Having worked together for 2 years and somehow putting up with each other, we decided that we liked each other enough to go into business together. While travelling with a group of friends in Italy, we stayed in some amazing apartments through Airbnb and loved the idea of hosting guests from all walks of life. We quickly got to planning, and left our full time jobs in property to focus solely on offering serviced apartments to guests.
We wanted to use our knowledge of Birmingham, and especially the residential property the city has to offer, to provide travellers to the city with a helpful insight on the best ways to get around, the places you need to see and ways to get the best out of the city.
Kash and I are both avid lovers of sports, particularly football. We are both season ticket holders, although our choice of clubs could not be further apart. While one of us (Kash) visits Manchester regularly to watch his beloved Manchester Utd, the other (Luca) takes a trip to Small Heath to watch the mighty Birmingham City!
We are both foodies, but again have our differences. Having recently become a vegan, Luca is always on the lookout for new vegan cafes and restaurants. Being out and about as much as we are, we always seem to stumble across a new restaurant for a lunch break!
Italian culture has had a fairly large impact on both lives. Kash has always had a passion for the art, way of life and history while Luca comes from a Sicilian family and simply loves all things Italian!
