My place is close to Bustling Naama Bay 8 min walk down cliffside stairway. Close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, the airport and everything Naama has to offer. You’ll love my place because of the central location, the outdoor space and the huge shopping mall just 700 meters away on the main road.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Nabil did not report any problems during his stay at all. In fact, from our communications throughout his stay he appeared to be enjoying himself, Sharm El Sheikh and the apartment very much. Only when faced with a small damage bill a few days after check out did Nabil start to be unpleasant and vindictive. Not a guest we would accept again, or recommend for other hosts.

Quite ok but not more than that. Appartment need to be fix and the roof terrasse was not in use as the ad says. Host was very helpful.

It was a shame we did not have more time to prepare but happy we got you out of the dreadful situation you'd found yourselves in. Unfortunately roof terraces in the entire resort failed new Health and Safety requirements (railings declared not high enough) so until they pass we had to lock it up, otherwise our insurance would be invalid. It's been removed from advertising, but sadly not in time for a few guests who'd already booked.

What a load of nonsense - absurdité! It is not theft when you have already agreed to pay. Before booking on AIRBNB guests must agree to the House Rules, when booking you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to the House Rules. It is clearly written there that water and electric is on a "Fair Use Policy" OR "Not Included" As we already know, many people like you agree to the House Rules without actually reading them at all - this is not our fault and there is nothing we can do about that. It is however the reason you are given a lease to sign, where they are written again and explained to you at Check In. There are no charges for Gas in Sharm, gas is in bottles supplied by owners. If, as you say, you have stayed many times before in Sharm, then you'd know that. You would also know it is against the law to check anyone in to any rental property or hotel without immediately taking a photocopy of their passports and Visa stamp to give to Resort security, who record it for the police. If anyone rents to you without doing this then they are substandard rentals and they are breaking the law, also putting guests at the risk of being arrested. We do not break the law here or put our guests at risk. Furthermore you did not pay 30 euros, that's a lie, you paid exactly 22 euros (475le) for 5 days water and electricity on the Fair Use Policy. 4 .40 euros per day in a huge 120m2 2 bedroom apartment of superior quality and location. Yes we employ Egyptian people, because we are in Egypt. It is ludicrous, to the point if laughable complaining about the person checking you in not speaking French. You came to an Arab country, not Europe! - Hilarious really. NB: Not many people in Egypt speak French, Hany however is fluent in English, Italian, Russian & Arabic - Like most Egyptian people in Sharm. Finally we do the electricity and water costs the way we do, for one reason - to keep rental costs down. If we didn't, we would be forced to raise prices by around 30-40% in summer time. We would prefer to have this listed in the AIRBNB automated quotes but there is no facility for this on AIRBNB, hence why it is in the House Rules, because they must be agreed to before a guest can book. I suggest you read what you are agreeing to online, before you agree to it. These days with contracts being on the internet, it is as your peril if you don't. I absolutely refute your accusations of theft, we have spent 12 years building our business here on a foundation of integrity, respect and above all, honesty.
