This darling 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is half a block from the beach and pier. French doors in the living room and dining room open onto the large sunny deck shaded by market umbrellas. The deck has a limited but lovely ocean view and is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sun-tanning, and relaxing evening barbecues. Fully furnished with summery and comfortable colors and fabrics, this apartment sleeps six people (1 queen, 1 full, and 1 queen fold-out sofa in the living room).

(Please see below about the special pricing.) There are 2 TV's, wifi, a full kitchen, lovely white tile in the bathroom, natural wood beam ceilings and refinished original oak floors. There is parking for 2 cars (one garage space and the driveway in front of it), and a coin-operated laundry in the building. Beach chairs, sand umbrella and boogey boards are provided for your convenience and seaside pleasure.
Located in the heart of the popular Pier Bowl and blocks from San Clemente's historic downtown, this apartment is within walking distance of great restaurants, cute shops, the Sunday Farmers' Market and, of course, the beautiful beach.

This darling apartment is on the entire first level of a five unit apartment building. The big wide deck, that is only for your use, doubles the interior living area to make an inside/outside great room. The other four tenants in the building, all living further up the stairs, are super thoughtful, quiet, responsible, considerate, friendly, respectful, working adults, and I've promised them that my vacation tenants would be equally nice as neighbors. There is a coin-operated laundry room up on the next patio. You share a double garage with one of the permanent tenants. You get to park in the garage on your side only, and in the driveway space in front of your garage space.

Special Pricing: I haven't figured out the price structuring on airbnb yet, so I'll tell you here that in the winter I rent by the month for a $2,400 a month. During the summer I rent for $1,730 a week (bed tax is included). Very soon I'll figure out how to show these prices on airbnb. Also, a legally required 10% City Bed Tax is built into this price (because there is no place in airbnb to charge the tax as a separate item. Tax is charged only on rentals shorter than 28 days).

All the vacation tenants must be very considerate of the other permanent residents in the building. For everyone's health and comfort there is no smoking allowed at all please, even outside. Thank you! Also, there is zero partying, absolutely zero drugs of any kind whatsoever, no loud music and no yelling. Laughing and singing are allowed. (But please keep it low.)
