Designed by renowned architectural firm Gillespie & Steel, it features just 15 apartments set within two acres of lush tropical gardens that lead directly on to the white sandy beach. 


Sandy Cove 201, a 3,200 sq ft end unit, affords direct access (by stairs or elevator) down to the communal pool and right onto the beach. The covered terrace faces due west and provides stunning views of the incredible Caribbean sunsets. The terrace is fitted with a remote retractable awning and features a wet bar, fridge and private plunge pool. 


The ultimate in luxury the apartment features marble floors, granite countertops and Ligne Roset furniture throughout. The large open plan living space is light and airy with full length sliding doors that retract completely to provide access to the terrace and amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. The modern kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances including a large stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice maker, wine cooler, steam oven, stove top and oven, dishwasher, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine and blender. 


Offering privacy, seclusion and unparalleled tropical living, the development boasts a fantastic free form pool with small bridge, beautiful deck to sun tan and relax, private gym and sauna, secure parking, state-of-the-art communications network, 24/7 security and an on-site maintenance team. 


The development has direct access to two secluded beaches and a one mile long stretch of more public white beach. The gentle waters on the west coast are perfect for children and allow snorkelers the ideal opportunity to see the abundance of marine life that is living in the coral. At night, from the pool terrace, the lights from the Cliff Restaurant next door beamng through the water showcasing a unique array of marine life including stingrays and tarpon. A wide variety of water sports are available a short walk along the white sandy beach.

The Master Bedroom benefits from views of the plunge pool, communal pool/gardens and stunning views of the turquoise sea. 

TVs are included in the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3. Safes included in Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2. 

Bedroom 3 - ''Bunkroom'' has 5 single beds in total; one of the single beds is set up as a trundle bed. Each bed features full size, properly sprung, single mattress and is incredibly comfortable. 

Bedroom 2 and 3 each have access to their own private balconies. 

The impeccable and secluded beach has a ‘private’ swimming area great for snorkeling and general swimming. 


Guests can walk along the beach for a mile south or walk past the Cliff restaurant to access Paynes Bay beach and walk all the way along the beach to Sandy Lane. Simply enjoy a stroll to take in the exquisite white beach and turquoise Caribbean sea or time your walk to take in happy hour at the nearby Daphne’s or Il Tempio restuarants.


Cook works 6 day per week, 8 hours per day. Cost of groceries extra.

1. CAPACITY OF VILLAS: The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa immediately, without refund.

2. COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: Personal Villas and affiliated on-island property managers shall make every effort to keep all villas and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, they will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. Villa management reserve the right to be allowed a reasonable amount of time to cure a problem. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, internet service, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest’s obligation to report any problems or damage to their villa IMMEDIATELY to us, regardless of the hour.

3. NO PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa’s premises without specific written permission from Personal Villas (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest’s entire rent and deposit.

4. QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES: We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties, commercial uses or functions such as weddings are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from Personal Villas. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood, particularly after 10 pm at night. If Guest is found to have had a wedding or any sort of group gathering for more persons than officially scheduled and paid for at the villa, and/ or without Personal Villas advance written permission, he is subject to forfeiture of his entire villa security deposit to the villa’s owner, at the joint discretion of Personal Villas and the villa’s owner.

5. SMOKING, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. (In most cases smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces—please check with your rental agent). Guest and members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into any villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
