We fell in love with the location and the lake views-- the home is right across the street from Ski Beach Park (which is right on the lake and has a great little playground) and Meadow Park. We are very close to the village and a very short drive to the slopes. We undertook an extensive renovation in 2016 and continued in 2017 to bring this mountain bungalow to life.

We undertook an extensive construction renovation in 2016 and again in 2017. We gutted the place and replaced everything you see. Our furniture has been expertly selected by a professional designer and features top brands such as Restoration Hardware, LoveSac and West Elm. We hope that you will enjoy the sophisticated yet comfortable tones that the home offers.
Inside this home, you will experience lots of natural light aided by new expansive windows. The home has beautiful lake views off the family room. The dining room can hold a large crowd-- we just had 12 at this table for Thanksgiving dinner! The gourmet kitchen has been expertly stocked by a professional chef and you will find every tool and toy you could need to cook a gourmet dinner, including a spice rack and the basics.
The home is an upside down plan with the main living space on the top floor. The home is two stories. We are attached to one and share a wall (we are a duplex, they are not a rental), we are the larger of the two units. Upstairs, in addition to the living space, you will find a master bedroom with a King size bed, a beautifully furnished room from Restoration Hardware. The room features a 48 inch tv as well as electric blinds. The room does have a full bathroom attached.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, along with the mudroom/entry. One bedroom features a King sized bed (meaning the home has dual master bedrooms) and a 50 inch flatscreen tv. This bedroom has direct access to the jacuzzi. The second bedroom downstairs features a bunk bed with a Full size mattress on the main level, a twin on top and a trundle underneath, also with its own bathroom. This bedroom also has a slider with direct access to the outdoor backyard and jacuzzi area.
We have not taken short cuts-- beds are top of the line Serta, pillows are form Pacific Coast Feather Co. (though we got the hypo-allergenic ones), TVs are top brands-- we want you and your family to be comfortable for your stay!
We also have a brand new 2017 Jacuzzi with plenty of jets.

Guests have use of the whole house. The only exception right now is the garage as is being converted into a game room/laundry area. But there is plenty of parking right in front of the garage and home.
General Big Bear Lake Rules:
- Big Bear Lake has a quiet after 10pm ordinance that is enforced
- Big Bear Lake does not allow more guests to spend the night in a dwelling than specified on this rental agreement
-Big Bear Lake has a no trash to be left outside ordinance due to wild critters. All trash must be taken to the city trash site:

-Please respect the furniture and the decor in our home. If you have moved any times, put furniture and decorative items back the way you found them.
-It is also agreed, by accepting this reservation, that the host or one of our representatives may need to access the unit for purposes of repair, inspection or viewing for a prospective renter. The host will provide reasonable notice prior to such access unless it is an emergency.
LIABILITY: This unit / house is privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is AGREED that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. VISITORS: People who may visit the premises because of the Guest, are the sole responsibility of the Guest.
PRE-DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: Please WASH your dishes prior to departure (you may leave dishwasher running). TURN OFF lights and make sure stove is OFF. Please take your trash with you.
