Spacious, fully equipped (including dishwasher) kitchen area with counter seating, separate laundry area and sliding doors opening to a spacious thatched outdoor entertainment area with bbq/braai.
Kitchen leads to a dining area which leads to a large lounge with comfortable couches, fireplace, aircon and large flatscreen TV with DSTV. Both the dining and lounge area open out to a long balcony terrace with outdoor seating and pizza oven, overlooking the pool below.
Three spacious bedrooms, all with built in cupboard space and aircon. Main bedroom with comfortable King bed, second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has two single beds.
One bathroom with bath, a second shower room with separate toilet, as well as a guest toilet.
Safe and secure garage and driveway parking for two cars
Use of the swimming pool at guest's own risk (please take not of 'guest access' below.)
Due to severe water restrictions (level 4) and the current drought in Cape Town, use of the pool may be restricted.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the house to themselves.
There is a second smaller house on the property which the owner lives in, it is however separate to the main house and has it's own private entrance.
The long balcony terrace with pizza oven is off the lounge and dining room of the guest/main house, which guests will have sole access to - this balcony does however look over the garden, swimming pool and house belonging to the owner.
Guests also have sole access to the outside thatched entertainment area with bbq/braai, this is separated from the owner's garden by a gate.
The grassy garden area and swimming pool are attached to the owner's house, the owner does have 2 dogs which may be in the garden area, but will not disturb or have access to the outside thatched entertainment area or balcony entertainment area.
Guests are welcome to make use of the owner's swimming pool on the property at their own risk, but need to be aware that if the owner and his dogs are there, the dogs might be around in the area when you do use the pool.

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or midstay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
