The main Malecon of Progreso, featuring its many restaurants and stores, is just steps away from your suite, providing you the best location to call home.
This suite has a refrigerator, four burner gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, television, internet, hammock, and fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the kitchen essentials.

Large south facing pool in the backyard with lounge chairs. Large fenced yard surrounding the pool area with an outdoor BBQ area. On street parking is available on the front or back of the property.
Pets are not allowed. However, your pet may be allowed at the discretion and approval by the owner on a case by case basis. You are responsible for your pet at all times and they may never be off leash while in the common areas. They cannot swim, jump into, or drink from the pool.

We live a very short distance away and will be present every other day, if not every day. Emails are best to communicate with us or text messaging for emergencies but we are definitely around.

The internet tv is great for watching movies and tv series. It is unreliable for live streaming events such as news and sporting events. Sometimes it works beautifully and at other times it may not work.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and never be off leash. You must clean up after your animal every time.
- Smoking is allowed outside the suites at the back of the property and cannot bother other guests using the pool or patio areas.
