Very Secluded Log Cabin In-Law suite on 20 acres in Northern Baltimore County, MD. Located just 1/2 mile from the PrettyBoy Reservior and 15 minutes to Hunt Valley Shopping, Dining, and Metro Service to downtown Baltimore and Washington DC. Suite contains a Full kitchen, 1 Bathroom, 1 Queen bed, and pull out futon. Seperate deck area with grill.

My place is close to restaurants and dining and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, seclusion, and the location.

Access to the pond, beach area, fire pits, and tennis court (weather permitting) and 20 acres on the property. Please note : Seasonal Deer hunting is leased for this property. Hunting times are normally M-Sat 5:30am-10am and 3:30pm til dusk. Not all days will be in use. Please inquire before walking property. Thank you.

GUEST RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. is not permitted in the house. When smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pet waste must be picked up and not left in the yard.
2. THIS CABIN IS FOR RELAXATION AND FAMILY GETAWAYS. ABSOLUTELY NO WILD PARTIES, UNDERAGE DRINKING, ILLEGAL DRUG USE, OR LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR. UNREGISTERED GUESTS (STOWAWAYS) WILL BE AN EXTRA $30PER NIGHT. ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE NEIGHBORS WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION. A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property unless agreed tostowaway charge. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest (s) agree to hold harmless the owner from any and all liability claims. Guest(s) further acknowledge that certain risks could harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, or death. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jason Mills, including property, Residence, as well as all employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my Guest (s) stay.
3. Hunting may be in season during your stay. Please inquire with owner.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses
4. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
Parking: Ample parking is available. Please do not block driveway access.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels, linens, owner personal items to be taken from the units.
6. Fireplace: The fireplace/s are wood burning only. Please do not throw any combustible materials in the fireplace.
7. [Water and Septic: The [cabin/property] is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine and/or non-flushable products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to __$10,000___________.]
8. Other Guests may be staying on the property during your stay. Please show respect and consideration.
9. Thermostat MUST be set at 65 degrees during winter and 78 degrees during summer.
10. THE GUEST/S MAY ONLY USE AUTHORIZED AREAS ON THE RESIDENCE AS SOME ROOMS AND/OR GARAGES WILL BE LOCKED FOR NO ACCESS.
11. Any PPV movie/show etc. will be charged at Comcast rental rate plus a $10 Fee
14. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and
inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Any problems or concerns kindly call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) during normal hours.
