Location is great. The space is huge, enough for 4 adults with big luggages. Jazz Residences is not lacking of places to eat and shop, some are open up to the wee hours of the morning. Building security is strict which can be a good thing. However, staying in this condo unit was …

Unfortunately this review is dishonest. Few days before check in Ms. Landicho found out that the unit doesn't have a washing machine. She wanted to cancel the booking. Eventually she didn't but i will post this conversation. As a host that do 24/7 efforts to satisfy guests needs i appreciate sophisticated taste, mainly because it helps me improve as a host, however leaving a bad review for the color of dishes (green) is simply not relevant and is actually nasty in a disguise of being sophisticated. Also the comment about the duvet....the gust didn't mention that a duvet wasn't part of the set up. We provide blankets and upon special request we can provide duvets. The guest complained that she feel cold with the air-conditioner on but she didn't like our suggestion to lower a bit the Aircon and she demanded instead a Duvet. We sent her a clean duvet. New and clean one. Clean units and linens is on the tope of our list. Our units shine from cleanings, we have 24/7 staff on site. Here is the conversation with the guest few days before check in: Guest: Hi Guy, I forgot to ask something before confirming our booking, is there washing machine and a tumble dryer? or is it washing machine with a spin dryer? It's written in the amenities but It's not shown in the photos. Is it a washing machine with spin dryer or 2 appliances, a washing machine and a tumble dryer? Nov 12, 2017 Host: Hi, there is no washing machine in the unit but there is laundry shop in the building. The airbnb laundry check box says "washing machine in the apartment or in the building" thats why it checked." Nov 12, 2017 Guest: "Hi Guy, we are not very happy to hear that there is no washer and dryer in the unit it was a big factor in booking your place. It was not specified that it meant it's a building amenity and not in the unit itself. It's quite upsetting to find out this way." Nov 13, 2017 host: "Plz see picture. The washer check box clearly say in the building. So im not cheating. I cannot leave this check box unchecked becouse the building has a laundry shop. Keep in mind that this is vacation rental business. Few days not weeks or months." Nov 13, 2017 Guest: Whether tenants stay for an extended or short time they still do laundry e.g. family with children or family traveling from one destination to another (like us). You cannot untick the box but certainly you can mention it in the description somewhere to make it clear. So your responsibility before booking is to ask if there is a washer in the unit or in the building. I get many similar request before bookings. I cannot start and list every thing that the unit don't have, i can list what it has whenever there is a check box for it. You can take it with airbnb and suggest this check box to be split to 2. Moving forward. My office is 2 floors up this unit, and we have a washer there. We can help u with that if you like. I just trusted the information on the description of the unit is correct, the host would know more about the default in the description when advertising their property. Guys appartment was exactly as advertised and in the photos. The only issues my family had were personal choice problems - all beds are on the very firm side. The location is perfect for a stay in Metro manilla and the jazz mall is very convenient.
