Hello! I'm a Siskiyou county native, born in Mount Shasta and raised in Dunsmuir CA.
I'm obsessed with gardening podcasts, growing homegrown veggies, fragrant herbs and perennials. I'm a big time dog lover and currently have two rescues. One is a pug named Cooper and the other is a red heeler/basenji named Buddy. Traveling has also been an important part of my life and I have enjoyed trips throughout the US, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Canada....
I've been in the hospitality business pretty much all my working life. My family owned the Cornerstone Bakery & Café in Dunsmuir for 18 years (sold in 2016). I had a hand in developing the menu and cooked, baked and served many meals. My husband built the restaurant and did a lot of the woodwork, including the hickory floor.
I'm always striving to make things better for my guests. Suggestions and feedback are always welcome, so don't be shy in letting me know.
