Información sobre este anuncio
Bienvenido a Mountainside Bed & Breakfast.
Smoking allowed outside by the pool in the uncovered area. SMOKING NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
This is a drug free household. Even if you hold a medical marijuana card, it is not allowed here. I know from running an apartment complex that when people smoke it, even if it's outside, the smell stays with the person and spreads to the rooms they come in contact with. I want my house to not smell like marijuana aka "420". If you chose to use drugs while in Phoenix that is up to you. I just don't want to smell/see/know that you have it. Please use common sense. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave. Cancellation policy applies.
Please no feet on the couch or coffee table. Do not lean in chairs. If you break a chair then you must pay to replace it. Use Coaster provided in rooms.
If you are using the internet please do not download any illegal content.
CLEANLINESS & SHARED ROOM ETIQUETTE:
Please clean up after yourself, wash your own dishes and be considerate of other house guests. In shared rooms, please use drawers and closets so your belonging are not in the way of other guests. Don't hog the desk or pile your things on it. Keep it clear of stuff when you are not using it. Shared room has a television. Please be considerate of roommates while using it. All other private rooms and the garage are off limits. There is no curfew and you may come and go as you please. Keep in mind that there may be other guests asleep. Please respect their right to sleep. We do not provide turn down service which is why our prices are so low. We do offer it for an additional $5 per nights stay.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT LISTED:
You may have guests visit you in the home's common areas but they are not allowed in the bedroom area. Please no guests after 10 pm. No large groups or parties allowed unless previously approved by host.
KEY ACCESS TO HOME:
You will be provided with 1 key fob to access the home. Do not share it with anyone as you are solely responsible for it. You will be charged a $50 fee for each key fob that is lost or damaged. You also have the option of requesting an electronic key. If you tend to lose things then I strongly recommend getting an electronic key.
WASHING YOUR CLOTHING:
Washer and Dryer are complimentary for your first wash and dry per night of your stay. Additional use is $2.00 per load wash and dry included.
If there are any emergencies please call me immediately or if it is life threatening please dial 911 for assistance from the police or fire department and then notify me as well if at all possible.
I am a college student that is currently attending Arizona State University. I am working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Astrophysics and will continue on to earn a Master's and PhD. I am 38 years old and live in a great location that is only 11 minutes from either the airport, downtown Phoenix, or Tempe. I am just 5 minutes from gorgeous mountain trails, horseback riding and breath taking vistas.
There are several things I like to do for fun. I like camping, volley ball, traveling, espresso, cooking, Sci-fi movies, dance and pop music and I love Mexican food. I saw WICKED for the first time and it was an amazing musical! Defying Gravity was such an amazing song! As a guest I'm a very quiet person. I treat hotels/rentals as a place to sleep and I spend as much of my day out and about exploring the places that I'm visiting. However I do adapt to my surroundings. If my hosts are social and talkative I will be happy to make new friends as well.
As a host I am whatever my guest needs me to be. If my guest prefers a more social person then I can easily accommodate that. If they prefer to keep to themselves then I can definitely provide the highest level of privacy.
My Life Motto: Hakunah Matata! It means no worries for the rest of your days. It's my problem free philosophy. LOL. :-)
5 things I can't live without:
1. My Espresso Machine
2. High Speed Internet
3. My Cell Phone
4. Mexican Food
