Just a few steps from the property lie some of the island's most famous beaches. In addition to the spectacular La Cinta beach, which can be admired directly from the villa, you can reach the beaches of Puntaldia in just a few minutes, characterized by very fine sand and wind-polished granite rocks. Moving just outside the promontory, the crystal-clear waters of Lu Impostu (less than a 5-minute walk from the house) and Cala Brandinchi await you, the latter known as the "Tahiti of Sardinia" for its shallow waters and turquoise hues.

The heart of the area's social life is the picturesque Piazzetta, reachable with a pleasant walk, where you can spend your evenings among elegant boutiques, artisan shops, and haute cuisine restaurants.
