I regret leaving my first negative review on Airbnb, but our experience at Gabriela and Daniel's place was not the best. The first night when we were getting ready to shower, there was nothing but cold water-on our vacation. We went to bed dirty-on our vacation. Another issue that we had was that the smoke alarm kept beeping at 4 in the morning-on our vacation. The stove top wasn't working. We lit the pilot light per the instructions inside the oven but it was a valve that was shut off. The laundry room light was not working as well so we could not do laundry. We were out and about during the day so we could only do laundry during the night. We immediately contacted the hosts in the morning to have them fix the issues. It took awhile for them to get someone to come and take a look at the problems. However, the maintenance guy was very nice. We did not have warm water to shower for 2 days. Lastly, the night before we left, the smoke alarm batteries went off AGAIN.

We stayed in Gabriela & Daniel's place for almost 3 weeks. It is very economical considering its location, space and amendities. The room is clean and cozy, feels like a home! The location is good, you can find Wholefoods and bunch of restaurants within 15min walk, and there is even a park just nearby the home! Perfect place for two person stay, would recommend to all travelers!

The space is beautiful - just as nice if not better than the pictures (which is admittedly rare). It's very clean, complete with amenities, and spacious. The hosts outsource their customer to Air Concierge, who are very responsive and patient to help resolve any issues (you can reach them via text). Pro tips: parking space for unit 3 is quite short, so you'll have to park right against the wall (might get some paint on your car). Also, during my stay the door to the unit didn't automatically lock one day - by the time someone came to take a look, it locked (seems like there was a weird delay in the lock) - if you encounter this, just close the door and press "Schalg" button. It should eventually lock.

Gabriela and Daniel are the best! This is the second time I stayed at their place and they are very accommodating. This place has become my home everytime I go to LA and I couldn't ask for a better experience! Very tidy room, spacious, great amenities and location.
