My place is close to Town Centre and you can easily walk to a large number of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping. It is s perfectly situated for those wanting a spacious, modern and secure townhouse. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, redgum dining table and big new lounge suite.

This two storey townhouse apartment provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms with living areas on both levels. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

A well designed complex of 7 secured with an electronic gate, private garage and once inside you wouldn't know you had any neighbours. Very spacious and two big living areas, reverse cycle air conditioner and heated blankets. Huge bathrooms and 5 star linen and towels. 2 big tv's, great outdoors and big BBQ.

Guests have exclusive use to the house. Pricing is based on 2 people using 1 bedroom. If you require two bedrooms then book for 4 people and if you require 3 bedrooms book for 6 people. Please.

You are responsible for the property during your stay and shall take all reasonable actions to keep the house secure, clean and tidy and in good condition including utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment inside and outside.

We cannot allow events/parties or take bookings for school leavers sorry.

Rates are based on two people per bedroom. i.e pricing for a four person booking allows for the use of two bedrooms.

There is no smoking allowed inside the property at any time.

The guest is responsible to pay for replacement or repair of any damage to the property or its contents.

Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that the below items are not included and you are required to attend to these prior to your departure:
Put all furniture back in original positions.
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.

Lovely and spacious 2-storey apartment that is located within short walking distance from the main shopping and f&b district. Electric blankets provided kept us warm and comfortable at night. Kitchen was very well-equipped even though we didn't cook. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house, great central location that's a short walk to the Main Street of Margaret River. Great value for money too! Would definite recommend and will be back!
