Ski-in access from Peak 8! Watch the sun set from the covered back deck of this lovely top-level condo. Enjoy ski-in convenience directly from the 4 O'Clock run, and one block from Main Street Breckenridge! The floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace is the perfect backdrop to the mountain views. The Sawmill Creek complex offers covered parking (first-come/first-served), 2 indoor hot tubs, elevator, and free shuttle stop at the entrance of the complex.

This home has a king master suite with a TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom features has 2 queen beds with TV and a shared full bath. There is additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

GETTING AROUND:

Sawmill Creek offers convenient "ski-in" access directly off the 4 O'Clock Run! Guests may get to the slopes via a free shuttle which conveniently stops at the entrance of the complex; or walk (10 min) to the Peak 8 Gondola on Park Ave. Historic Downtown Breckenridge is located 1 block east of Park Ave (just down Ski Hill Rd).

WINTER SKYCARD PROGRAM: The Winter SkyCard program offers FREE activities and services during your stay. Our Winter program runs from from Nov 15 to Apr 15. We offer actives all provided by local companies including:

- 1 FREE Ski & Snowboard Rental (for each night you stay)

- 1 FREE R/T Airport Transportation (per reservation)

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

What to be aware of:

- When you open the windows the unit can be a bit noisy on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Ave - but its only 1 block from Main Street!
- One parking spot provided in covered parking, but once you get here you can walk or take the free shuttle.
- Please be mindful and respectful there are full time residence that live in the complex.

The unit was extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping on Main. Only downsides were road noise was pretty loud and no a/c. The benefits definitely out weigh negatives. Such a cute town and great to be able to walk to most anywhere in the evenings.

Due to this very convenient location (just 1 block off of Main Street and considered downtown) guests have to deal with the traffic and crowds at this location. In the future, please check with us, we have many other properties that offer solitude that are still walkable to town. Also, due to the mild high-alpine climate none of the SkyRun properties in Breckenridge have AC - this amenity is a rarity!
