Situated in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood is this property. It's within walking distance to Baywalk mall, Reduit beach, restaurants and bars as well as public transportation to Castries.

Cooling on a hot day is found by opening the doors and windows or using fans. The fruit of the lime and mango trees make a welcome addition to a meal whether as juice or desert.

An alarm system, property fencing and window protection are provided. It's a beautiful property. I hope you choose to stay here.

Live like a local! Nicely located near Rodney Bay shops & restaurants, 3 grocery stores within walking distance, and not far to Reduit Beach. Huge mango tree and lime tree in back yard. No A/C, but we kept the windows open and used the fans to keep pleasantly comfortable. Comfortable beds and couches, spacious rooms. Good cable TV with typical "American" basic cable channels along with Carib channels. Wifi was excellent. Took us a little to get used to the variability of the water supply. The house (and pretty much every other house we saw on the island) has a rainwater cistern. Sometimes the public water supply doesn't provide enough water pressure, so you turn a valve to open the cistern to get water from there. We never ran completely out of water, but sometimes even with using the cistern the water pressure was pretty low (not enough to take a shower, and sometimes one toilet would not refill after flushing - though the second toilet was always reliable). Once we got used to it, it was ok. All in all, a nice place for an extended stay.

We stayed at Nicole's for 10 days this past November and comfortably accommodated five adults and 1 4-yr old. Although we were a larger crowd, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms separated by a large living room, there was enough privacy to avoid feeling crowded. The neighbourhood is conveniently located along the major transportation corridor, in the heart of Reduit park, which is a premier neighbourhood in the north of the island. It's a 5-minute walk from the major mall and commercial area with a lively night life and a wide range of local and international cuisine; 10 mins walk to the beach; 10 mins walk from Rodney Bay Marina, and just 5 mins drive from Gros Islet, which is known for its Friday night street party. Despite the proximity to such a lively area, the house is nestled within a lush, quiet residential area with friendly neighbours. It is completely fenced in, with a beautiful patio in the back that’s perfect for early morning reading and tea or for evening bbqs. Like her neighbours, the yard is rich with local fruit trees, which even bore limes that we eventually used for making fresh lemonade. Although these were not available at the time we travelled, other options could be mangos and passion fruits. Whether on a trip with family or friends, I would highly recommend Nicole’s as the perfect home away from home. She was easy to communicate with and stayed in touch throughout our trip to ensure that everything went smoothly. She made every effort to make sure that house was completely stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. Though we’ve been to St. Lucia many times, our family had an unforgettable experience and I truly believe it was largely due to the ease and comfort of our accommodation. Thank you for sharing your home with us. If you’ll have us, we’ll definitely be back!
