If you loose it or break it if you can please let us know so we can work out something fair so we can have available for the next quests. They are not new items and would not expect old items be replaced with new ones just common sense and fair play.

The property is set up for executive and holiday rentals in a prime location.
The property is set up for executive and luxury holiday letting. This is not a party property, strata has very strict noise by-laws and do and will issue fines for offences. You will be immediately evicted and loss of bond plus any other damages to be paid for.
Strictly no parking on common property.
ALL windows and doors MUST be closed whenever leaving the apartment (even to the local shops). Winds and storms can happen quickly and cause extensive damage to apartment.
This is a premium property and is only suitable to those who are considerate and respectful and is for private use only. The property is to be maintained and left clean and tidy with keys and remotes left in the agreed location. All garbage must be placed in downstairs bins provided, this is a recycle friendly building. BBQ and convection microwave oven must be left clean and kitchen must be left clean and tidy. There is a cleaning fee included in the rate however, failure to leave the property clean & tidy may result in excess cleaning charges being taken out of your bond. Cleaning of BBQ $40.
Loss of remote will incur a $100 replacement charge to be deducted from security bond.
If you could please notify us on the day prior to departure in writing if you will require extra cleaning services on your departure so we can co-ordinate.
